From Page 7 of SE's contract he gets paid $25,000 for a top 3 finish in the SEC in each category, up to a max of $125,000:

Scoring offense
Red Zone offense
3rd Down Conversions
Turnovers
Total offense.

He's leaving serious cash on the table.

why would it be the nail in the coffin for E?

E got shut out in 2016 and Orgeron desperately wanted him back for this year.

he got shut out again in 2018 and Orgeron might let him move in with him.

no one is beating bama in the near future so LSU isn't the only one with the problem. I guess all the schools need to get new coaches because they cant beat bama. hire a legit OC and let him open things up

Ensminger didn't even want the job. I wouldn't point any fingers at him.

I don't believe E will reach the bonus round.

I don’t see Aranda hanging around too much longer if his defense is pulling all of the weight once again.

That's what I'm afraid of...and frankly, if I'm him, I'd tell O that I'm tired of almost having to pitch a shutout to win a big game. What's O gonna do, fire him??

In all probability, if Aranda goes, O is sunk.

Did some of you cry babies watch the game? Saban could have been coaching LSU and Lsu still gets beat. We don't have a break away running back, no O and D lines. If you will compete with Alabama you have to get quality players. We don't have an issue with co ordinators but the players are second tier..

The crazy is strong on this board. E is gone ONLY if he chooses to be gone. This may change in a few years depending on his performance, but damn folks. NOBODY will beat Bama this year so why are so many of you so upset about this loss? JUST CRAZY!
