This kid is naturally talented, less that 1% of the worlds population can throw in the mid 90's. I'm not saying he didn't cheat, I'm simply saying adderall didn't add 5 mph on his fastball. Did he make a dumb mistake? Of course he did.

Anything I can do...I can do better on adderal. Period. Adderal is more of a pure amphetamine then most add drugs like vyvansse. Better then riddlin and right there with dexadrine (which is no longer prescribed). It's speed. What athlete wouldn't want speed

It certainly can add to a "fastball" if I throw 90 and have never taken speed before, it's about to go faster then 90 dude.

Doesn't mean he wasn't trying to gain an edge. A-Rod is one of the most gifted baseball players to ever walk the planet and he's about to get a monumental suspension.

I don't think anyone has suggested that.
Just the fact that the added focus and concentration can be highly beneficial to a pitcher going into what he is going into, is enough to raise eyebrows....

The PED ARod is accused of taking isn't steroids. It's more along the line of deer antler spray, it's a drug that assists in the recovery time frame.

It's not speed, why is it banned because its an unfair advantage. But, why was Ray Lewis allowed to play in the Super Bowl? New drugs come out everyday that aren't quite banned yet and any athlete that has or wants a big contract is going to take the, not yet banned substance.

not a good comparison but you still prove my point.
gaining focus/concentration and raising stamina through an illegal substance (he didn't have a prescription) is against the rules.

If you dont think he took it for baseball you are sadly mistaken. Exams have been over for over a month. He took the drug test last week. It stays in your system for 72 hours so what else would he be taking it for if class isnt even in session right now. And how stupid is this kid for failing a test he knew was coming for months. Somethings up here

Yes, ask the seahwaks db's why they take it....google that and tell me its not performance enhancing. If you are not truly add or in need of this medicine, it has a completely different effect on the body. It gives you super focus and energy.

Meh, perhaps for a moment. Like I said before amphetamines don't stop the breaking down of your muscle/joint/tendon.
