i really haven't heard any negative talk from his past or present lsu players. they really seem to like him.
i think he thinks he is a good coach and motivator.
i think miles has extremely high self esteem.

i also believe lsu cannot afford to buy him out.
les has an economics degree.

as far as the ranterds and their low self esteem opinions, miles has said, "I could give a rat's arse."

i hope he doesn't go, if just to piss you ranterds off.

Les Miles salary = $3.75 million

Dan Hawkins salary = $1.3 million

Les Miles may appear dumb to many of us, but he's not that dumb.

Personally, I don't want Miles to go anywhere. Crowton can leave. But Miles is ok by me.

I have heard from an unknown source that Miles may be considering retirement after this season. The supposed reason is that the brain lesion he had removed back in 2000, is becoming a "concern" or "effecting" Miles from all the pressure of the LSU job and may need a break or less stressful job.

Wow, I had no idea about this. That sucks. Makes one feel guilty for being hard on the guy like that.

Do the idiots in the Advocate article realize that they have the odds adding up to 140%?

80, 25, 33 and 2 = 140

According to Belowpar, these rumors are 100% false, no legs at all, and Miles is happy.

TIFWIW...the email I received about it is second info but the source is said to be inside the program.

i can confirm this to be accurate. i've not said anything but have been told the same info.

I do...Who around Baton Rouge is 'stroking Coach Miles's ego'...exactly no-one. He doesn't fit in and he knows it. We should call Curly back...

Dang, didn't want to hear that. I would never want him to go out like that. Hope it's not life-threatening.
