Hey dumbass, what law did Wade break. You keep calling it “illegal,” what law was broken. NCAA rules aren’t laws. But yes, keep calling me stupid for comparing direct payments 5 years ago to NIL today.

Yes, paying players is against NCAA rules. Anyone with half a brain knows it’s been going on for a long time. I get it, what he did was different than NIL. But NIL is now being used for the same thing. If you don’t see that, then you are too stupid to hold an intelligent conversation with on this issue.

Kelvin Sampson got 5 years, Wade probably will too. Its going to be a while.

Wade isn't sniffing the NCAA for a while.

All that air you are blowing doesn't amount to shite. You can call it whatever you want, he violated them and was caught and then you try to excuse it because players can now get money through NIL. Still with all of that a coach cannot arrange payment or NIL deals themselves. The reason you are so fricking salty is that Wade the coach so many of you think LSU cannot survive without was too stupid to even try to hide it. You all should be pissed at him but in some weird bizzaro world you all defend him. Everyone one of you act like battered women who defend their husbands who beat them, telling everyone it isn't the man's fault that they the women should have been better wives.

Schools still cannot negotiate payments. Some of y'all support Wade because you do on't know the goddamned rules.

He's going to get a show-cause from the NCAA at not be able to coach in college for 1-3 years, maybe more.

He'll coach somewhere. He's pretty good but.... it won't be in college in any capacity until his show cause expires.

And you don't think is happening...

Again, you're not intelligent enough to have this conversation if you are that naïve.

You seemed to have ignored the rest of my post, conveniently. I was not defending the way he paid players. My point was I hope the NCAA doesn't try to end his career when schools today are doing very similar things in recruiting. Such as every Texas lineman getting a $50K NIL deal.

Reading comprehension is important. Did not say what he did was not a violation of NCAA rules, was merely laying out the mitigating factors when it comes to whatever punishment is levied.
