WTF? The most talked about punter in the nation and he isn't up for the Ray Guy award? Is it because he is the antithesis of the Ray Guy "hang time" style of punting?

Auburn's Steven Clark is a finalist for the Ray Guy Award as the top punter in the country, while LSU punter Brad Wing has also been exceptional this season at pinning teams deep. His best game came in the win over Alabama.

i have read on TD that it is because of his number of attempts? apparently he hasnt had enough. Bad LSU! should have more failed 3rd down conversions!

Brad Wing isn't a very good punter. He only averages 32 yards a punt (good for 3rd in the SEC). the only reason noone returns the punts is because they are short and the gunners are good.
the FAIL in this post in phenomenal. i mean truly. i feel like he may or may not have ever watched an LSU game, including the LSU v Bama game. 73 yard punt? clearly a short one...

The posts are amusing from some of the Arkansas posters, like "Wing has a 32 yard average," or that Wing didn't punt to Adams. They apparently have amnesia since Adams had a fair catch on the second punt.

Wing averages 42.8 yds per punt and nets an average of 40.6, and leads the conference in net punting and fewest return yards per punt. Poor Bamapride97
