He is the Iowa State quarterback. Obviously they have a pretty significant get out the vote campaign. It requires a sign up, so it’s not a bot that is voting, but it makes it a pain in the arse to vote.

I mean he's got 165 whole votes for 59% of the total so this obviously isn't a huge mountain to overcome (and if participation is this small, its sad that this counts at all towards the award.)
