Some of you people are ridiculous. Miles will not be fired over a coach, who will be gone after this season, doing something wrong in the recruitment of a player who never played a down at LSU.

its pretty dangerous keeping les around. He hired the coach that did this and do you think dj just acted on his own?

Careful what you wish for.

Do you realize the damage that would be done to the program if whatever went down leads to Miles' dismissal?
I know some of you hate Miles, but if it comes to that, we are also talking about some other pretty heavy penalties.

Read Section 12 - Standards.
Then read Section 13C - Termination with Cause.

LOL at everyone thinking Miles will get fired.

+1
I love how people equate their vocal minority displeasure with Miles to broad support for his firing.
Miles has a lot to prove this offseason (hiring) and next season to gain the support he once had, but this is just silly.

Dr. Roll Eyes -
Give me your interpretation of what it says in those two sections.

I can read the sections; already have done that a long time ago.
Give me your interpretation of what is reported in Alleva's statement and how you, without knowing any details for sure, believe those two sections are of importance in this situation.
Make sure you outline Miles' involvement in the situation as well as why the violations would actually trigger those clauses.
Further, make sure you outline the difference between "can dismiss" and "automatically fired."
