Type in "family friendly las vegas" into a browser, read the resulting links:
38 Family Friendly
100 family things to do in LV
just two of the articles that will appear.
Please note that most activities are geared to children that are older than 2 but it will give you an idea of what is actually available.

Steak and eggs, Ellis Island. 6.99.

Ethel's M's, Mars Candies. They also had a Marshmallow factory and a Cranberry factory. I think the only one left for tours, is the Mars family.
They also have a number of wineries in the area.
This might help!

Go to the hotel bars around 2am and you'll find the ones looking for a last trick before going home
True story here, my wife and I along with a few other couples went to vegas. While I was walking around a hooker approached me and asked me if I was married. I told her no and she then started telling me about prices for sex. At that time she said $250. I told her I would give her $50 and she walked away. A few hours later we were leaving to check out another casino and as we were walking to the valet with our rental, the same hooker walked up to me and said "see what you get for $50!". I kept walking and my wife asked what was that all about. I said I have no idea. She did not believe me and it kinda fuked up our trip.

lol, you've got to learn to frick with them. I was staying at Caesar's for work and at the bar around 3am with some friends. I had the bartenders cracking up with me giving them the run around. Many of them are so dumb they do not realize they stick out like sore thumbs

Make sure you get discount tickets. I’m sure they are easy to find. Doesn’t take much time to go through.

You could absolutely make it work with a 2 year old. The question is why would you?
Before I did that, I would ask myself the following questions:
1. Does the kid have any living grandparents, aunts, uncles, or close family friends?
2. Does the wife really want to go or can she and the kid stay home?
2. Can I teach the kid to be self-sufficient between now and Vegas?
3. Any local kennels that will take her?
There has to be a better solution than bringing her. You and/or the wife will have so much more fun without lugging a 2 year old everywhere.
ETA: Vegas itself is very kid friendly with plenty to do. I just wouldn't think the 2 year old would be condusive to a game weekend trip.
