Uh-Oh. ESPN proclaims we should be on upset alert (again).

teams should stay on upset alert every week. it's part of their preperation. if they aren't, then they just very well might get upset.

Well, we should be. At this point, you better bring your A game on every down, but this is rhetorical, even for ESPN. LSU crushed Ga by 20, last year; yeah, they want payback, and can win, but feel LSU will gut it out with the spine they’ve shown this year...,

Favorites NEVER lose on Championship weekend. The only team that has a chance IMO is Oregon over Utah.

They're just trying to outdo the original upset specialist - Joe Namath. It won't work. His was correct and remembered for all time - their's won't be and forgotten before the clock strikes midnight.

does upset alert mean "be aware the team you are playing can beat you"?

Cause yeah, i think they get it.

It makes sense this time. A lot of sense.

2001 Tennessee certainly says hello, but it was 18 years ago. Not sure the last time an underdog won.

I saw a stat the other day that favorites in CFB conference championships are something crazy like 70% ATS the last 5 years.
