We won stop being miserable. For those who attended lsu know that football games is the best thing at lsu. Taking away student tickets would ruin a large part of an awesome college experience.
No one's miserable. Just think it looks ridiculous for the #1 team in the nation to have a big arse hole of empty seats in its student section. We packed that bitch for sub 500 teams when I was in school. You entitled dickheads piss me off.

Just enjoy the fact that we are the #1 team in the nation and let it go man.

You don't even know how to use that phrase.

I hope ya'll dont really believe that the students have too many tickets. They could sell another 5k in student tickets. The problem is we all jam into the better seats. Nobody wants to sit in those seats
Great. Then keep jamming your arse into a confined area and sell the section where you DON't want to sit to people who would cherish those god awful seats.

The students clearly have so much control over this.
Selling additional tickets is probably against stadium regulations anyway.

You missed my point completely. Why don't the students sit in their assigned area and fill up the designated (empty) area that seems to be chaffing other peoples asses?
It was quite obvious on overhead shots that the section you are referring to was E M P T Y. Got it?

if it is a mute point .. does anyone hear it ??

Because students are dumb and want to get better seats and sit next to friends.
Do some students not care at all about the game? Yes.
But the reality is that I had my arse in a seat 2 hours before the game to get a decent spot. It was extremely hot with the sun beating straight down on us, and a lot of people were getting dehydrated. Then the game starts and the student section doesn't stop rocking for virtually the whole game. By the fourth quarter everyone is completely exhausted. I have sat in regular seats for years and you just don't have that same experience. This leads to a lot of students leaving for being tired, sick, dehydrated, etc.
I was in the stadium from 12:30 till the end of the game. I am just as much a fan as you are and can leave when the frick I want to. (btw I stayed the whole game)

I doubt it, rarely do student requests go unfilled.

3/4 of my close friends didn't get tickets freshman year. Not saying that % is consistent across the rest of freshman, but I definitely think they could sell more tickets.

Well said
Student ticket holders have the luxury of getting to their seat 30 minutes before kickoff. I wish. It isn't fun sweating my arse off jammed next to thousands of students.

If this is true we have way more pussies in the SS than I could have ever imagined. The sun was hardly out today and it never got out of the 70's.

This is what's wrong with you fricks in the first place.

You're a fool. It was hot as frick and I was sweating my arse off.

was your freshman year 2008? That was the only year I could recall students not getting tickets in recent years. Shoot, last year I knew freshmen getting all home games.

If anything could make me dislike LSU it would be the fans like LSUdm21.
