Like I said, there was never really any doubt once we heard who the quote was obtained by. Guilbeau just makes shite up, it is amazing he still has a job.

I really don't know why anyone is paying any attention to this. Glenn Guilbeau has been factually incorrect from the start. I literally worry about his reading comprehension. Everyone here can look at LSU's substance policy.
Glenn states:
LSU's substance abuse policy contains the words Bahnsen used, "permanently ineligible," on page nine under "Third Violation" of a drug test. It says, "If institutional drug testing reveals the existence of drugs at any time, permanent ineligibility to participate at LSU will result"
This is his attempt to prove the policy states what he said earlier it states. That is not at all what it is saying. Actual wording is:
"11. A successful appeal will result in routine drug tests for the student-athlete. If institutional drug testing reveals the existence of drugs at any time an automatic positive test will be issued and Permanent Ineligibility to participate at LSU will result."
This is a disclaimer should an athlete win an appeal after a third violation. Should you fail for a third time, win an appeal, and then get busted again, THEN you become permanently ineligible.
Knowing that he purposely changed words around to say something they don't, why does anyone here beleive the way he is trying to outline the quotes?

My nephew's best friend is on the team, he said his friend text him that TM was coming back and would sit out.

Is this what happened, because I dont think that information has been officially released to anyone.
Also TM7 surely knows this and has been advised accordingly.
