I know. Just wishing for a miracle. Dude has a high baseball IQ as well. He and Milam would be dynamite for a second year together. We need to get to Omaha somehow this year.

Nola and Lemahieu in 09’ were both solid as well. He reminds me of a thicker lemahieu

LeMahieu, Foster, and Freeman were all great but I agree he’s done exceptionally better defensively than what I have him preseason.

He’s certainly no Clay Harris

and I think Dickinson is the best defender LSU has had at that position in at least 35 years.

I’m going to go with Lemahieu but yes Dickinson is very good at second base. Cole Freeman was very good too. As was Todd Walker and Milam last year

If you’re talking about offense/defense combined, he’s prob the best since Mike Fontenot at that position

Nola never played 2B, and LeMahieu was second on the team in starts at 2B in 2009, starting 33 games. If you recall he was the team's starting SS in 2008.

Dickinson is a true baseball rat. He is just a really good player in every sense of the word. He is very solid.

Theriot made 17 errors in 1999 while playing 63 games at 2B
