Not to be Debbie Downer, but they played Oklahoma, a team with 38 wins playing in the SEC, and we played Little Rock, a sub-.500 team from the Ohio Valley Conference. From what I can tell, they had one conference series win the entire season.

And now UNC has starting ace warming up. Probably won't need him

Exactly how we hope to do with our 2 relievers and 1 inning for Eyanson

99% of this board has never watched a college baseball game that LSU wasn’t playing.

I thought maaaybbe with the number 1 seed and 2 seed losing that the board would realize that its hard to win at this level and even small schools can take you out and everyone's got bullpen issues at some point, but no.

UNC can actually hit.

LSU has a better team AVG, SLG, OBP, has more hits, runs, 2B, HR, XBH, walks, HBP, and strikes out less than UNC, despite playing in a much better conference.

LSU does every single thing better than UNC on offense outside of hitting triples.

ETA: I see The Godfather already has this covered

That killer 3B Gallaher batting .706 in Regional

Gallaher with another homerun. 2 today. He is ridiculous

14-3

Obviously no need for the ace to throw an inning in the 9th

LSU just needs to stick with the small ball that was working the first 2 games, stop trying to hit homers every AB

This has happened for over a month where one out of every 4/5 games they lose it and have 12-15+ fly outs in a game.

IF we start Evans this is probably a 1-0 LSU lead. Wofford guy crap the bed to start the big inning....5 runs on 3 hits.
