ULL Hats being "UL" rather than "ULL"

If they were not allowed to change their name to "University of Louisiana", how can they have only "UL" on their hats and not "ULL"?

I almost wish that UL-Monroe would start referring to themselves as simply UL and calling themselves Louisiana. I wonder how the media and everybody else would handle that confusion?
ULL shouldn't be allowed to refer to themselves as UL or "Louisiana" IMO. It's misleading. That isnt the school's name.

Nicholls calls itself "Harvard on the Bayou."
I think Nicholls should make some baseball jerseys that have "HARVARD" in the front and "on the bayou" in 6-point font underneath.

I knew they were going to show up wearing their "Louisiana" jerseys last night.
Their "Ragin Cajun" jerseys look so much better and would have much more commercial appeal.
I love how on all the ESPN networks they always refer to them as "Lafayette"
When one of their fans refers to UL, I ask which one? ULL or ULM?
I want ULM to show up the next time they play them in jerseys that say "Louisiana"

A few years ago during a football game they had them listed at UL Laf on the score board....we took it as "You'll Laugh". We did laugh, LSU won in 107-3 fashion

Ben McDonald said last night on Twitter that the SID told him to call them UL. Sun Belt has told them numerous times to stop, ULL doesn't care.

Technically the University of Louisiana got eliminated in the Regionals last weekend.

I agree, I never get any Warhawk fans opinions on this. They go by ULM, why should Lafayette go by ULL on everything.
