They really should or go even Division II. It's a waste of taxpayer's money and tuition to support them as a D-1 program when they have no realistic chance of contending for a decent bowl game and the millions they waste on fielding on a team.

Why be a crappy Division 1 program when they can content for national titles in Division 1-AA or Division II and still draw the same crowds and not waste as much money.

USL FB is like the 40 year old dude who smokes pot everyday working a low-paying job because they don't have a drug test.
