Saban recruits the best of the best. Then.... demands that they leave their massive egos behind once they walk into the Bama program. It’s a Team first culture. No time for baby sitting and massaging egos. If you don’t adapt to the culture, you are dismissed from the program no matter how talented you are.

Saban hires the best of the best in assistant coaches. Then... demands that they adapt to the championship culture. You work long, demanding hours and have literal no time for anything else, but Bama football.

Everyone from the coaches to the student managers are demanded to perform their assigned duties to perfection every single day.

I’m just amazed how fans dismiss all this when looking at performance on the field.

O is one of the boys. Showing off with selfies in bed with young chicks, jogging shirtless, jarring with fans. He’s one the boys, he’s not a leader of men. The culture here at LSU is pure dogshit.
