PLAYMAKER! When coaches say this, this is the kind of player they're talking about. The kid makes big plays all over the field. I've never seen a DB make so many big plays.
Any good player can do their job, make tackles when they come their way, cover in the secondary, put pressure on the QB, but playmakers make the big plays that "good" players don't make and that change the game. This kid is a GREAT player.

He has got to be one of the best Freshmen LSU has ever had and one of the best playmakers LSU has ever had on defense.
He caused at least three interceptions (Nevis vs MSU, Edwards vs Ole Miss, and Sheppard vs Bama)
Had INTs against WVU and Texas A&M.
Forced fumble and recovery at Florida, stripped and recovered a ball at Texas A&M
Caused fumbles against UNC, MSU, and A&M and recovered another against WVU.
Along with several balls knocked down at the LOS (big one against Florida), QB sacks and hurries, tackles behind the LOS, and huge hits on kick off.
...from lsusports.net (I am assuming this is before the Cotton Bowl).

I like in the Cotton Bowl highlights after his fumble return it's him, Reid, and Simon celebrating in the endzone.

I remember watching his St Aug highlights and then a camp he did i believe in Tennessee...and i thought the kid was gonna be great. I just didnt think this fast.
Half of his greatness comes from...dare i say..."want" to perform....IE competitiveness. He wants to win...period. Those types of players are INVALUABLE as teammates because they raise EVERYONES level...by example.

Awesome, this guy is the next LSU superstar!

He is always around the ball making plays. I can't say the same about Peterson. Peterson made a handful of plays per season, this kid makes a handful per game. I am really excited about his future at LSU.
Good video, but really really long.

LBOH is the best player on the field. Just throw out the weight/height, its never bothered him. That last play he was covering the slot reciever, and by the time the TE caught the ball(if he ever did)LBOH hit him and stole it as he fell. Dude went from a back-pedal, and easily covered 10-12 yards on the pass. Basically, he covered 2 guys, made the play, stole it, and took it to the house. He's a spread offense's Kryptonite!! Watch out Oregon!!

Exactly. In base formations he will be the #2 boundary corner but when they go to the nickle packages he will be moved all over. You never take your best playmaker off the field.
