Idk what it’s called it looks like a reflex game where you move your head in the direction of the other persons hand and if you don’t move it fast enough you lose. Idk what the point of it is and I’ve never seen it before.

To me it looks like the player punching punches a certain way and the play "receiving" the punch cant react to the way he'd actually be punched, or the puncher gets a point

it's a reflex exercise designed to increase instinctive movement. its good for defenses, especially. Funny that they made a game of it.
