Either he told you bullshite or your telling bullshite. People are uncovering real evidence an your spouting off shite that was probably a lie from th first word he told you to the last. Why in the hell would you believe somebody that out an out told you that he threw the controversial flag that led to the comeback win for Florida.

Mike Slive is a joke.

And so are the SEC officials.

A disgrace to integrity and they need to clean house and start over with the SEC office moved somewhere else.

Great story, they're human. Even Burleson and Hodges. I, like Coach Miles, genuinely believe that most of 'em try their best, but still, things must change and improve. The bad apples need tossing out. And through the years, most of the league's rhetoric on such has been empty promises, and lil' or no true progress.

Even note, that the SEC ref you talked to, and didn't work the LSU-Bama game, yet where does he live and shop possibly? Birmingham!

Does he listen to Finebaum?

Do any of his kids attend Auburn or Bama?

Did he attend either?

Etc..too much bias when residing there..an Aubie ref shouldn't be able to work a Bama game no more than he shouldn't be able to work an Aubie game..etc..

Well, that's about as much "closure" as a fan can get from an official.

Outlandish, bullshite, madeup - yeah I remember words like these were thrown at a guy along with insults posting about his girlfriend working at a car dealership in Oklahoma and there were some Sooner players being paid for "work" in cash on the Texags board less than a year BEFORE the story broke that there were players being paid for non work in cash and they were kicked off the team, not every story is true but give them the benefit of the doubt before bashing unless you got rock solid proof to debunk it.

True story - I've talked to SEC refs in the past too. Several years ago, in fact.

Tiger fans should quit whinning about the officials and worry about the following issues:
1. Coaches can't get the plays in.
2. QB can't call audibles.
3. 12 men on the field.
4. Penalty for too few lineman at snap.
5. etc

The team isn't executing because they are not properly prepared and the coaches are not organized.

That's nothing...I ran into Elvis there last night! He told me that while coaches are not allowed to criticize officials, the officials themselves are perfectly free to admit their mistakes to random dudes at checkouts without repercussion...especially if said ref is already in the doghouse.

See, when someone admits he or she is wrong, I'm fine with it, but when you shield yourself on the SEC, you are scum

Odd that he would publicly volunteer to call himself out like that.

Not too odd considering that he has already done so in front of cameras. He admitted to seeing the playing getting knocked to the ground out of the corner of his eye and just threw the flag.
