I guess Beckham and Landry were shite players who should have never been on the field their sophomore years huh?

Yall are retarded.

I remember when Dwayne Bowe, Brandon LaFell and OBJ dropped numerous passes their freshman year and people said the same things about all of them. Where are they now? HE IS JUST A FRESHMAN. He is getting great experience and he will be a star next year and beyond.

"Its pretty telling that many on here think it's fair game to shite on Jennings but its blasphemy to talk about Trey Quinn."

Quinn had a bad game, no doubt about it, but he has also produced this year and as recently as the Ole Miss game. Jennings, unfortunately, has struggled in most of his starts. Big difference.

It makes no sense. We have a mini Anquan Boldin sitting on the bench in Diarse while this scrub plays.

Drops, Fumbles, etc.

I admit, he does drop some passes, but really? He's a freshman and youre acting like he should be NFL material in only a summer's work

Never said that. Just making a point that if he isn't ready, why is he in the game?

I wanted to see how many pages it would take before someone mentioned Diarse.

And perfect example is this thread- a Jennings bashing thread is 50 pages and stickied.

A trey Quinn thread gets anchored.

Makes sense....

I like both. AJ has struggled, but I like the way he is working. I like the way Quinn and Dupree are improving.

Diarse has the look of a great receiver but he has completely disapeared. I have no clue why.

I think I understand what youre saying, but he needs experience though to get better. And the only way to do that is to let him play

Though he did have multiple drops in the game, he is by far, LSU's best route runner

Unless you are at practice or have access to the all 22 game tape saying this is just absurd. You can't possibly know this. And please don't respond that you watched him in high school. That would require that you watched the rest of our receivers in high school as well. I'm not agreeing with the OP as Quinn has been slightly underwhelming but only because his expectations were so high.

I've never blasted Jennings, very talented kid, just hasn't went his way. Wish him luck as well.

No, no one here goes to practice, but the coaching staff is not only watching him live every day, they also study hrs & hrs of film on each receiver. He's playing for a good reason: the coaches feel he's one of our best options at WR.Go watch tapes of OB III's soph yr. He dropped passes left & right, all season long.
