So we can use the excuse of everyone leaving again next year. Maybe we should recruit 2 and 3 star guys and develop them. At least then we can maybe make a run for a NC with a group of veteran guys every four years.

Les is getting what he's asked for...when you recruit players with the idea that you can go and make big money in 3 years, that's the kind of player that commits to you...so when they leave in 3 years, who are you going to point your finger at...the recruiters...jmho
