Don't know. Sheppard is in on almost every play and is the emotional leader on this team. The intangibles he has are very difficult to replace.

Not for Les... Seems like every kicker we have busts a big run sooner or later.
As to the leadership issue, I have a feeling that Loston and Reid will become leaders in the near future.
