if TM sits out a year, here or elsewhere, he can then play for any school, anywhere....that would be on my mind if I was Miles/Chavis....it could be Bama, for example, or USCw or whereever he feels he has best shot of playing, making a name and avoiding any more suspensions

If he transfers immediately to XYZ school and establishes residency for one year, he would be eligible in most cases, but not if he simply sits out the school year ... and would not be eligible "anywhere" if he stays at LSU.

No this is not fact; yes it is my opinion... let the guy go and move on!!! It should be evident from last year that no ONE person makes a team...despite how hard some tried to make it so!
