When oh when will the pollsters and selection comittee recognize collapse of the great "U"...NO more regional host site until they PROVE themselves, somehow/somewhere...LOL
An SEC team was FAR more deserving of their host site !

Yes, 21-Inning UK against an experienced Kent State team with NCAA experience and good pitching in a neutral park. That same UK that was one win from an SEC regular season title and led the league most of the season IS more deserving than a Miami team that was middle-of-the-pack in the ACC and has now been outscored 17-2 on its home field in a regional.

Leadoff for Mizzou State on in the 2nd.

ETA: Who then promptly stole 2nd base.

Moo St is up 8-1 on UAB in the 9th inning of that elimination game right now

and Kentucky did go 21 innings

ETA: Moo St. beats UAB 8-1... lives to fight another day

Or maybe MSU played really well at home and has been playing extremely well for weeks until yesterday. It's the SEC. Fact is, Kentucky is better than Miami this year. The committee went with tradition over the new kid on the block.
