It's common knowledge that most men have their final growth spurt between ages 16-19. It's not my fault

Then it is commonly wrong. Males typically stop growing around 25, but can grow much later. Females stop growing younger. It is unlikely he will see a significant height difference between now and 25, but he is still growing at his age.

It usually ends at 19, but can be longer.

Its sporadic before that. It can happen at anytime.

That is from web MD. the question was when is the last male growth spurt usually. That's an answer from a doctor. So sorry. I'm on iPhone and not linking. People usually dot grow after age 20.

He wasn't used a a returner on punts in that game, and there were only two punts to LSU.

He had 4 solo tackles and 1 assist.

Not his best game, but he did stop TR on potential TD run.

Are you a bama fan? You are almost as delusional as this.

Now this talks about bone mass and growth as it relates to Osteoporosis, but hopefully you can see how it is related.

During childhood and adolescence, much more bone is deposited than withdrawn, so the skeleton grows in both size and density. Up to 90 percent of peak bone mass is acquired by age 18 in girls and by age 20 in boys, which makes youth the best time to "invest" in one's bone health.

The amount of bone tissue in the skeleton, known as bone mass, can keep growing until around age 30.

Another wild fact - the sky is blue. Should we debate that next?
