Exactly.

This isnt the days when the clock doesnt move until the next snap after a first down. No play would have been run...period. Not a field goal...not a pass play..nothing.

Now the horrible management before that is a different story.

Changing their tune because they're getting pressure to change. They had time to get the FG team out and didn't! Period. Coaches suck!! and need to go. Bottom line!

The clock would not have run out if they would have known what to do. They would have snapped the ball as soon as the ref moved.

They might have gotten the unit out there...but zero chance of snapping the ball in time. Not away from home anyhow. The ref has to call the ball in play before you can snap it and the clock moves the moment he calls it ready. You simply cant get a play off in time.

It would have been reviewed and overruled that time expired on the whistle to begin play,no matter what LSU did.

THis whole sceene misses the real trevesty. 17 seconds needlessly ticked off the clock between 3rd down and the time-out call prior to 4th down. That is ON THE COACHES. The coaches cost LSU this victory, period.

Again, not a spike.
As shown in the video at 1:25, when the UM player came up with the ball, Miles went nuts, signaling TT was down with his hands.

stop it...I've watched it three times and way to nitpick by statement and ignore the ENTIRE post!

I truly believe you are just stirring up shite for the hell of it...

Then you obviously missed what Miles was doing. Of course you ingore the the post. The first post in that thread is the one that counts. Miles signals TT was down when he sees a UM player come up withthe ball.

if he's calling for the fg unit, then why are they not running onto the field.

I just googled Les Miles lying and its all over the internet.

This is the stuff that makes people hate LSU fans. Its almost crystal clear that Miles was was reacting to the Ole Miss player claiming he came up with the ball. It was not a spike movement on Miles' part.

Even the sports media is changing its tune. Several writers have said the clock ran out before the snap, so no play would have been successful.

It's anything but crystal clear but you can keep seeing what you want. Is Les frying you up a turkey for Thursday Mrs. Miles?

I didn't ignore the post...I read it and responded to it accordingly...your lack of comprehension skills are rearing again...

its you that IGNORED MY ENTIRE POST and just nitpicked the part you wanted to spin which is your specialty...you must have attended the Rex School of Spin Doctoring...

I would tell you to go back and read my entire statement but you are incapable so I will post it again here for you...

then I don't know what you are looking at then because the end of the video that is a very clear spike call being given by Miles and IF ITS NOT a spike call signal then he needs to find another signal motion for the call he is trying to make so not to confuse a young qb in that pressure cooker moment to mistake your signal for a spike call cause anyone that has watched football even for a short period of time knows that is the universal signal in football for the spike Miles is giving...

again...it ITS NOT A SPIKE CALL then Miles needs to make sure his qb is not mistaking it for one which looks like what happened...

Do you comprehend now? I doubt it...

SO basically you talk out of both sides of your mouth. You said it was "clearly" a spike call. Than later "if it was not...". It is crystal clear you thought it was "clearly" a spike. You are so lost you do not even comprehend what you are typing. Move on now Big Fella. Cuz you are wrong again.

And, as always, love the personal attacks.

I agree. The video clip shown is after the offensive linemen have run downfield and gotten in possition. There is no time, at thtat point, to send in the FG team or a play. The decision had to be instantaneous when TT was ruled down. We need to see film clip of Miles reaction immediately after the catch.

At that moment, about the only thing that could be run would be a QB SNEAK AS SOON AS THE OFFICIAL BLEW THE WHISTLE. The snap would have had to happen before the whistle stopped. Not impossible for a disciplined, well coached team. Very improbable for a Les Miles coached team.

THE TEAM TAKES ON THE PERSONALITY OF IT'S COACH.

No, that is you...

IMO yes its a spike call and I would take it as one if I were JJ and looking to the sidelines to what to do HOWEVER if its not like Miles is saying then what he did led to more confusion...but I understand you not being able to comprehend that...

I have yet to personally attack you...saying you lack comprehension skills is a observation and a correct one at that, there is nothing personal about that...saying you are a dumbass would be a personal attack and I have yet to do that and please do not make yourself a hypocrite again by pulling the personal attack card when you yourself have done it before and please don't play the "oh its been a long time and it was only once" (more than once) card either...
