I think Penn St is pretty good team, but beating another Big-10 team does nothing for the reputation like getting a shot at Texas in the Fiesta would if SC could beat them. It's a lose-lose for SC. Only thing worse would be playing Utah

It has gotten changed AGAIN

So the poster is now right, they have LSU vs. Iowa in Outback, and they have Meeeeechigan State vs. UGAly in the Cap One now

We beat the crap out of Penn St. and it's not a bad thing at all. PSU has a lot more respect nationally than Illinois did last season.

That said, I'm not so sure we beat the crap out of PSU. Beat them, yes.

But they have a good defense, so a blowout just doesn't look all that likely.
