Yeah, now LSU can have nationally televised games on ESPN instead of games that don't even make it all the way through Louisiana done on a shitty quality broadcast. Totally getting screwed.
How fricking unbelievably stupid
You assume that regional college baseball games will have national appeal?
Insert ad hominem here.
As far as "shitty quality broadcast", well that's your opinion and I say it's far from a universal truth.

We won't get near as many games on tv as we are use to. LSU now has to share tv time with 13 other teams
It'll get to where you can stream every LSU baseball game for free though if you are an SEC Network/ESPN subscriber. They are not only adding TV content, but tons of live streaming. I think every SEC football and basketball game are going be available.

Shitty quality broadcast
CST is top notch, and Lyn and Ben/Ronnie are the best announcers for LSU baseball.

I know it's a subjective opinion, but what do you have against Lyn? He's knowledgeable, accurate on his calls, and is absolutely f*cking hilarious.

You know, no one has seem to bring up one little point.
The SEC Network has only announced their first slate of football games.
So any speculation as to what baseball games will be shown and where they will be shown is just that...speculation.
And remember, the SEC on ESPN syndication arm that currently shows some games uses local announcers on occasion for baseball games, so we may keep LR and company when that transitions to the SEC Network next year.
As far as online access, again I must stress that the most likely scenario is that you must be a subscriber to the SEC Network on your cable carrier to get the online access, so I highly doubt that baseball games will be on ESPN3. That would make zero sense, where you show a game only to SECN subscribers on TV, but the games you are not showing go to all ESPN3 subscribers, which is pretty much every cable customer in the country. That is most unlikely. More likely is that those otyher games will be available on the SEC Network's online access, which is not ESPN3.

At least I won't hear that CST radio commercial played 50 times during a game anymore.

Lsu had great coverage of baseball. We will only go down from here.

Good chance that guys like Lynn will still be on SEC network anyway. They need like a hundred Dari Nohkah's.

This is key issue to be upset about.

I share the majority's option about the Tigers, but the big issue & anger, yes anger, I have, is the obvious intent & continued progress of ESPN to buy and own college football. It has changed and will continue to change the game in so many negative ways. Their was a time the dollar was not the motivating factor in the game. $300M for the longhorn network & not a single drafted player, really?
Anyone remember?
NCAA Division I is about to redefined as a result of ESPN. I could continue to expound & raise the blood pressure, on multiple issues with the current trend, but will step off the soapbox. Just thankful I probably will not see the end result & grateful for each season I get to see the opening kickoff & each and every game I have left.

CST isn't just on Cox. For example, I live in Cenla and it's on Suddenlink.
Sudden link doesn't carry CST in my area. I've gotten to see exactly one baseball and one 2 basketball games this year.

Not really. I will be getting more on TV and have the option to watch them all via stream.
