To all of the Haters & Nega-Tigers on the Rant....

I am currently in the UMC Hospital in NOLA fighting for my life due to complications of Diabetes. It's not a given that I won't survive this episode, but my Health is waning. If I'm lucky, they may not have to amputate a portion of my right foot. I am seeing an Infectious Disease Doctor, An Endocrinologist, a Nephrologist, a Cardiologist and the Wound Center just to name a few. It is what it is, and I'm certainly not posting here to garner anyone's sympathy, nor am I asking for prayers. Instead, I'm praying for many of you.

I'm praying that my extended LSU family can perhaps move towards some semblance of decency again. The outright hatred and disdain on this board for Alleva, Orgeron, Ensminger, Mainieri, Fargas,and many, many more coaches who bust their collective asses for the Purple & Gold is sickening.

As if that isn't bad enough, many of you asshats hate on the players themselves, which is inexcusable. Want an example? Just look through tonight's game thread and people are bitching about Epps & Mays on page 1! The game tipped off at 5:30ish & the haters were out before 5:47pm. The deeper into the game, the worse it gets. Tiger "fans" were eating each others young during the game tonight over zone vs man to man defense. After reading that thread, I was pissed that Alleva hired Will Wade, because so many of you Rantards know so much more than CWW and you know exactly what those kids should have been doing on the court. WTF Will Wade? Can't you coach harder & smarter? Can't you listen to the Rant?

Look,I want LSU to win every single game or match that they play every single day. But guess, what? It's not realistic and It's not always about the final score. I try to enjoy individual plays, or individual players who are living up to our unrealistic standards. I still get pissed when we lose, but I do not bash 18 - 22 year old kids because they miss shots, throw interceptions, drop passes, miss kicks, commit penalties or fouls or turnovers, strike out and so on. I also choose not to hate on Coaches and administrators who make their living at the school that I love, but that's just me.

If these GAMES are no longer entertaining to you, maybe you should reevaluate your LSU fandom. There are so many other schools out there that may not disappoint you like the Old War Skule.

Maybe some of you should step away from the keyboard if you feel compelled to hate on everything LSU. You are not required to post every single thought that runs through your little mind. Stop and smell the roses sometime, today may be your last day on Earth. Peace Baws.
