I guess if you are one of the overly sensitive types you might feel that way. In suppose in your sensitive little world you felt personally violated by him didn't you?

You are quite sensitive about this whole thread.

Yea, the same way the players get butt hurt and send out tweets. Works both ways brah. They are in the public spotlight, they need to learn to deal with it.

Yep, obviously not mature enough to handle it all just yet. Some people mature quicker than others.

I don't feel that they owe us as fans apologies. They are kids, who made a mistake. My concern is, they have hurt their worth when they come out for the draft. The NFL frowns big time on this issue. They all need to stay in school and fly right, so the can repair their image. This is my concern. It is the harm that they do to themselves. And if you want to go further the team.

They don't owe the fans anything, and 99.9% of the fans don't give a damn if they hurt themselves. Most of us worry if they hurt the team which should be their concern as well.

he said it exactly like he needed too ,he apologized to everyone just leave it at that, just because he dont get paid dosent mean he does not have responsibility for his actions .he felt the need to apologize because yes even though he is only 19 and in college he has kids and fans that look up to him all over the country. maybe its that kid thats smaller than the rest in football practice and wants to be like honey badger. maybe its adults who have been long time fans of lsu and pay money to to see him play in tiger stadium that help pay for his free ride at the university. technically he did not owe an apology for his actions,he did owe an apology for the let down he gave to tigernation, and by him apologizing to everyone shows signs of maturity and leadership. no one is expected to be perfect, just responsible

"with great power comes great responsibility"

A little over the top don't you think? "Greatpower? Great responsibility"?

What, exactly does an apology change?
One apologizes if one harms another person. How precisely has that kid personally harmed any of you?
All of this is just over-reacting. Relax.

So easy to be a condescending, e-prick behind your computer isn't it. You flame others because their opinion differs from yours.

no need to apologize TM7, in your short 1 1/2 year career, you have been a pleasure to watch on the football field. When you get back I'll enjoy watching you creating havoc on opposing teams once again !

You just called someone a condescending e-prick because his opinion differs from yours.
How are yours better/different?

Newsflash: You are a consumer. NOT an investor. You are not owed anything

Worst post in this whole thread, because you could not be more wrong.

Tulane had less than 1,000 fans go through the turnstiles last weekend. Their coach was forced out this week. When the fans stop being consumers or investors, programs end up in the toilet.

But sometimes a program heading for the toilet is what causes fans to stop being consumers and investors. Those old enough to remember the Hallman years know that a whole lot better than the bandwagon fans that are currently sending the message that it's OK to flaunt the laws of society.

Good job Tyrann. As a parent, I hope you've had an epiphany. I hope you never have to walk this path again.

Has nothing to do with his opinion. Hell, I don't think anyone knows his opinion since it's nothing but poster bashing.

Holy shite! Just read page 7. The boundries that make up the rant are going to come crumbling down around us. CHOCTAW & TIGERLEE agreed.

Don't let that shite happen again.
