I know it was mentioned earlier in the thread, but I want to say something about Fynn and Mauck.

Mauck was much better than Flynn. The difference is the offensive coordinators. Jimbo was extremely predictable and Crowton is a wizard. So, if you factor that in then yes they are equally good/bad/servicable.
