Les ownes Crowton now. He can't distance himself from anything Crowton does from here out. They are joined at the hip.
No running from it next year when we run a screen on 3rd and 1 or a short side option on 3rd and 14.
Les owns every play call next year
I honestly think Les called most of the plays this year...JMHO

How can you say this and mean it? For Les to call plays, he'd have to be constantly looking at a play card like Sean Payton does.
Given what happened after the Ole Miss game when Les said he didn't call the plays on the last drive, and said he wished he would have overruled Crowton; it's obvious he left the play calling up to Crowton. Maybe he suggested run/pass in certain situations, but I don't think he specifically called for a play all year.

I agree.......though allegedly a lot of the option crap came from Miles.

FWIW, I don't think Les called any plays all year.

I have heard albeit 2nd hand that he dabbles in game planning with Crowton.
What I was told: Miles will come into team meeting, ask to speak to Crowton, Both talk outside for 15 mins, game plan tweaked upon Crowton return.
Blast away. I didn't hear it first hand. Just Sharing. This info from offense player that graduated last year.

From the link story
"One thing that comes to mind…if Kragthorpe installs the same offensive game strategy for the Tigers that he used at Louisville his final season, that 112th out of 120th ranking in offensive production last year is in jeopardy of dropping even further."
Let's keep Crowton!!
