Please keep Crowton as far away from this kid as possible. This is like sending David Duke to recruit a kid from South Central Los Angeles.

If Crowton recruits him it would mean to me that Crowton aint going anywhere soon. It would be insane to fire the guy that recruited Mettenberger after or right before the kid signs up.

Coach Earl Lane went to visit Sam Montgomery just before a change at DL coach was made. I would not read too much into this one way or the other.

Les Miles is the one recruiting Mettenberger. As someone has already stated, we've sent out a coach to recruit a highly regarded recruit before and replaced him.

This is like pulling fricking teeth.......................SINCE WHEN DID CROWTON BECOME A RECRUITER? He as NOT one of our recruiters off campus earlier this year.
