Will Death Valley propose randomly painted seats like the Superdome has? Something to consider...

Damn, so many people whining about people leaving early. What the frick good do you think that will do?

The guy bitching in the other thread said how sad it was to see so many empty seats from his fricking lazyboy at his fricking house

I don't think there were as many people at the start of the game. I looked back on the dvr, and I didn't see a huge difference between the middle of the first and the middle of the fourth. I think the announcers exaggerated the crowd leaving. Two things were overblown by them. They were:

1.) It was a 3rd to 4th quarter break, and yes, the lines at the b-rooms in tiger stadium are insane during the breaks...especially the later ones after you have been drinking

2.) Some retarded people just leave late at every game. It always happens.

3.) Like I said, I didn't really see a packed stadium during the middle of the first quarter. At least it wasn't far off from the later quarters.

Meh...this is no big deal. Are arkansas fans still that bitter? It's already been 12 hours.

Just to inject something positive here, the fans that stayed were loud as hell at the end.

Not bitter at all but it's obvious Death Valley is a shell of it's former self. Meh, not my problem. The days of the Richter Scales moving are dead.

This season the fairweather LSU fanbase have destroyed the once proud reputation that was Tiger Stadium. They have fled the game in the 3rd Quarter of every single week except Florida. And when this has been pointed out to them the majority of them lie and deny it, claim that it happens everywhere, or they make excuses like rain, children, traffic, etc. It's shameful.

Our fanbase is full of weak pussies, who go to LSU games and treat it as a social event rather than a football game.

i come to BR once or twice a year and can't stay long. i had several friends with kids who couldn't go to the game and who were waiting for us to hang out. We hauled arse out in time to make it over to their house.

sorry to offend.

we came without tickets and bought them walking into stadium just before the game. also, i got the sections around us (we were in 407) fired up several times, including when Ark was in their own end zone. went three and out.

What was the deal? What's your excuse?

Was there a job fair that started with a minute to go in the 3rd quarter or what?

No job fair, just a huge sale at the concession stands, buy one corndog and get one free.

Really no excuses. As a fan base we have become extremely spoiled. Leaving early has become the norm, even in relatively close games. You'd think with all the bitching about ticket prices and fees people would at least want to get the most out of there money. Some will claim that they left to send a message to the AD about Miles, but the people sitting around me all said they were leaving to beat traffic. Most of them were older than 50 also, which could have been random in my section.

Many people go because it's the social thing to do. Fans who want to see the games can't get tickets because of these people.
An advantage to being a Hog fan is they rarely sell out their 72K seat stadium so tickets are easy to get.

Why not just sell them, then keep your sorry bitch arse at home.

I'm probably a bigger fan than you are, but the fact that you can't touch another player in the wrong spot is ruining the game and I'm sick of it. One bullshite flag almost cost us the game.

It's getting too dangerous out there, tailgater. We can't just sit back and allow these guys to hit TOO hard. Someone might get hurt. That's still no excuse for you leaving in the 3rd quarter last night.
