Because the permanent railings are not high enough to meet the minimum height for railings that the construction company abides by (probably OSHA standard).

The permanent ones are low to not get in the line of sight of someone sitting in the first row.

Some people actually don't realize that the seats in wheelchair areas are so that friends of people in the wheelchairs can sit by them.

Looks very tacky. The jumbo screens should be taking up that space the ads are wasting.

They will need to treat it for termites. But I like the wood. Looks very antique. LSU finally got something right.
