I hope the administration is aware of what’s coming. We know the issues with the program. Most people know about the TAF fees losing deductiblity. But most don’t know that companies can no longer deduct business entertainment. That goes from 50% to 0. I have 6 tics that I buy thru my Llc. MIGHT do 2 next year.

You’ve struck the final blow. LSU won’t survive this.

Will LSU be in any worse position on the deductibility of these fees, than any other bigtime school? This could be a Power 5-wide problem.

Isn't it just Louisiana that did away with the tax deduction?

Certainly the tax law applies to all. But the Ath Dept gives 30million plus to the academic side that many schools don’t. That’s going to be a problem. And will FKing insist that the atl dept cut it’s budget rather than cut back on the academic transfer???
