Ticket delivery date?

Does anyone know when LSU/BYU tickets will be delivered? I bought them through the LSU ticket office. They haven't responded to my email. Thanks.

Received this last week:
We are in the process of packaging the tickets for this game at this time. We will be looking to ship out around the middle of this month.
We will email out an official date to all fans once we have that information set.
Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything further we can assist you with.

I called yesterday. They said two weeks before kickoff, and those that chose to have them mailed will get tracking info emailed to them when they ship out.

I usually get mine one and a half to one week before the first game. Sometimes I will get my parking passes even later, I think it was last year they had a screw up with the printing company and we got our RV pass three days before the first home game.

Got mine August 13 in 2015. Was much later last year due to the flood.
