quote:100% this. The NIL announcement was a sham. Our fat arse AD isn’t firing the coach this year because he couldn’t handle the pressure of having to hire a new coach while Will Wade is still at McNeese. After this year Will Wade will take a new job and then we will fire McChicken
This has nothing to do with NIL. That is the narrative given by the AD to shave $3M off the buyout and make sure Wade is no longer at McNeese and available when we are on the market.

Fat Scott has for sure heard from boosters that like to win that they would pay to fire MM and get Wade.
Fat Scott doesn’t want to admit his failure and apologize to Wade and bring him back so he made the pathetic pr move last week. Lady scone was a good lackey in pushing it.
Kinda what I was saying but more diplomatically.

Yea I agree you were more diplomatic with the same message.
Scott choosing his own ego over LSU is a major problem. He isn’t the greatest AD, guy is more middle of the road than anything.

Was is not an adjustment to remove starters and go small and go on 22-2 run at end of first half?
Problem is he went right back to it after halftime.
The starting lineup held their own to start the 2nd half. Florida took over after the subs started coming in.
The only thing I would have done differently is play Collins and Robert Miller at the same time to counter Florida, but I am naturally biased towards more traditional lineups.
