Looking forward to watching our offense throw 17 passes this week. Maybe D.Davis will get 1 target?

So stating a fact is considered dumb eh? Dupre is the one that's playing horrible while giving zero effort, whereas Drake Davis, who of course has barely played, still honestly looks better than Dupre does now AND he looks like he's playing way harder than him to. You call me the dumbass, but frankly, that title may go to you. I'm just going by what we've seen so far.

Amazing that it could be that obvious to a keen observer like lsusportsman2 and yet the coaches don't know.

You do realize you're talking about the LSU coaches right? There really certainly is a lot those coaches don't fricking know.

Yeah it was pretty obvious to us all calling for Beckwith to start when the coaches kept trotting out Welter..

No doubt coaches have the upper hand on knowing their team.. But sometimes they can be wrong, especially when it's fairly obvious

Thoughts on Drake Davis?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He should be starting. I don't care that he is a freshmen. He is the type of physical WR that this offense needs.

Julio Jones = Jones was the first Alabama Freshman receiver to start his first game; finished the regular season with 58 receptions, 924 yards, and four touchdowns.

Calvin Ridley = Earned immediate playing time as a true freshman at Alabama with three receptions in his first game; Finished the season with 89 receptions, 1045 yards, and seven touchdowns.

Perhaps we can learn something from Alabama possessing and taking advantage of one [or a couple] freshman stud receivers . . .

It is possible Harris would still be starting if not for Dupre. I actually was speaking to someone earlier today about giving Davis a shot.

Josh Reed wore 25 cause he was a converted RB

Still a good number because he wore it...

Maybe DD is wearing it because it was his Uncle Louis' number at LSU

6'4 215 and a 4.38 40 is rare to come by. Guy is a freakish athlete. I was hoping he would get a few more touches the other night. Should be a great one
