Palmer's main points, all valid, were that Moo State catches LSU early, edge to the more experienced team; that the QB position battle favors the dawgs ( their QB is getting a ton of love as one of the best in the league); he said that LSU has lost too many of its skill players on offense & thus won't be able to get into a shootout; he really did not knock the defense at all. I've have no problem with his opinion as his points are true. But he is not factoring in that we have by far the better HC & if the crowd shows up and sticks around, the TS homefield advantage can easily come into play.

Luginbill taking the same stance. "MSU could still one early against a young LSU team."

If thats a direct quote, the journalist can't spell 'steal' very well,

I love having this rant every single season with some of the people on here.

Every season I read how it's the year Mississippi St will challenge LSU.. and yet every year I see the same result ownage.

We just beat Mississippi St at their place:

2013- Won 59-26
2012- Won 37-17
2011- Won 19-6
2010- Won 29-7
2009- Won 30-26
2009- Won 34-24
2008- Won 34-24
2007- Won 45-0
2006- Won 48-17
2005- Won 37-7
