This is what a well coached disciplined team looks like haven’t seen in BR for a bit

No stupid penalties during times when it mattered, probably lowest number of opening penalties in opener in a while, just a few personal fouls and they were effort plays which any coach can accept.
Ran the rock at will.
Gang tackled and barely had any missed tackles.
No special teams disasters.
No stupid time outs.
No standing over people or stupid shite.
No lack of effort points.
No long plays given up.
No bullshite.
No lulls.
Just complete epic fricking arse kicking from beginning to end that left zero doubt on who was the better team. The type of beating that puts everyone on notice, causes teams to rethink their philosophy, plans, approach, and gets coaches fired.
And there is so much to be fixed, so many drops, timing on passing plays, etc. Should have scored 60 or 70. The greatest improvement is always between game one and game two.
And we have an excellent LSU level defense again.
Anyway baring some injuries this team looks alike a Legimate contenders. Captain chaos to the the school that loves chaos is a great fix. The force is strong with this team. And frick you pos Greg Sankey! Choke on that tiger dick. (Where was the neck song we were promised)

Not going to lie we had a lot of these types of penalties under Ed O and Les Miles. Kiffin is evolving into a Saban clone on making sure every detail is covered and not happy if not met. Nothing wrong with that and it showed last night. First games are usually the worst for these types of penalties but team was laser focused. That a credit to the players and coaches. Saban always found a way to keep players motivated for every game hoping LK can do the same.
