Why are all of you getting ahead of yourselves. One game at a time. Yes there are areas of concern, but I feel they continue to make improvement. Thank god the team is more focused than the fans. This is not about us, but about them. Can't realy knock Miles as long as he does the job, and we aren't his boss. It doesn't realy matter what any of us think, but we all hate losing, that is about the only thing any of us have in common. Geaux Tigers.

Miles is a good man. He's a good recruiter and has hired some very good assistant coaches throughout his tenure. Remember Pelini?
He wears a hat pulled down. Talks in terse clips. Doesn't say one thing and do another like some other coach we used to know around these parts.

when did this turn into a "why do you hate miles thread"? i must have missed that. i like miles as a person and a coach. my admiration will fade if W's turn to L's 3 or more times this season but thats life.

yes, Saban did go 8-5 due to injury, but he answered it with a NC.
I mentioned twice in that thread I'm giving Miles a pass for last year BTW being as RP screwed him over. However, let's see how he responds this year. ANything worse than 9-3 is a downward trend anyway you spin it big boy.
Next time you try to call someone out, please include all the facts. BTW, one of Saban's losses came to a good VT team. He certainly didn't have a losing record in the SEC. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Really all we need is for the team to perform comensurate with its coaching staff's salary......if we had a 500 grand coach, middle of the sec would be good, but we don't.......LSU sucked for a Long time, what we want is to make sure that miles doesn't f it up....its great that we are better than we used to be, but I don't want to go back

That's a pretty irrelevant point to make. Did you have a bet going on the number of snaps he would get or something? Otherwise it doesn't mean a damn thing, as long as the game is won.

I agree with you. Just pointing out that the other poster was saying Miles would say something and do it unlike Saban.
