I couldn't agree more. It was the same with Miles in 2008.
I like PM and I think he's the man but he's human and folks who invest alot of money and time in baseball certainly have a right to question if they like.
Sure some go overboard, but the sensitivity of some to anything that brushes close daring to question PM or Les or anyone is overboard quite often as well.
I don't think of PM in this class, but guys like Danny Ford, Barry Switzer, Phat Phil, Lloyd Carr, Coker, Norm Sloan, whoever the hell the head coach at Fresno State's baseball team is (and I can go on and on) have won national titles. It does not absolve any coach of responsibility or accountabilty after said title.
