IMO, the disappointment you see expressed on this board is generally consistent with 'Tiger Nation' as a whole, so I disagree if that's your premise.
I do think that the more ignorant, vile, immature, and profane posts and posters who are too often tolerated by the board moderators do represent a very small portion of the fans at large and reflect poorly on the fan base and the university.

I agree with this post. We are all upset over this season and the finale on Friday still agrevates me. The absudity is with the morons who say fire Les now. They have never managed organziations, people, nor do they understand that NO ONE would ever want to coach at LSU if we fired last years NC Coach and pay him $15 million to leave.

I have never said that everything was great. I also agree that changes need to be made. However, I think the coach of our second national championship team should be given a mulligan this year because of what happened during the offseason. Also, we need to give him the benefit of doubt that he will make decisions that are best for the team. It just pisses me off how everyone just turned as quickly as they did.

Living in the metroplex, which has many LSU fans from the state of Louisiana, what I don't understand is why all of the fans in louisiana see LES so much differently than the rest of the NATION!!!!! Can the whole nation be wrong about Les, which most of us think he is a Larry Coker clone at best. The few times that I have watched him speak, I feel uncomfortable and at the end of the conversation, I truly feel dumber for listening. Please take off the p/g glasses folks and see Miles for what he really is.
