No one knows what the police know, be real. There is no way the PD makes those arrests without being 99% certain they know what happened...the DA wouldn't allow it.

DA's are elected and arresting LSUs QB erroneously would not be good for a re-election bid.

Then what took so long and why not just say that at this point instead of pinning a fricking felony warrant on witness statements?

How many convicted felons do you think were convicted because their crime was caught on tape? 5%? 10%?

Personally I think you're a little out of control with all of your conspiracy theories.

Something that may also play into this; Other evidence may have been presented that we are unaware of. If someone did have cell video them could turn it in under the condition that they remain anonymous. There has to be more to it than we are allowed to know.

this would have gotten out and you and i both know that. Everything else in this case has.

Witness statements are a form of evidence. They may not be the most reliable form of evidence, but it is enough to charge someone.

It all has to come out before any trial. If there is more, it will be out there soon. The defense has to have access to all prosecution evidence.

This. People watch too much CSI and now have to have forensics or a video.

I'm not in to conspiracy theories brah. I just report what's being said around the water cooler. Fwiw, it's not so much that I think it's a conspiracy as I think BRPD is mishandling the hell out of it.

they used witnesses statements from Lowery's two friends and on top of that decided that they didn't need to interview the staff at shady's that night. Everything about that it fricked up.
