These teams did not use their full allotment of roster spots

Florida - 104 - Kept 1 spot open for in-season roster flexibility.
Missouri - 104 - Held 1 spot open for potential fall transfer/addition.
LSU - 103 - Left 2 spots open (holding off on Dae'Quan Wright and Zxavian Harris).
South Carolina- 104 - Left 1 spot vacant entering Week 1.
Vanderbilt - 103 - Carried 103 rostered players into Week 1.
So obviously all of these should be punished under the guise that they're all holding spots for NFL players

Oklahoma must've had spots open because they just added some guys on from the 5th year waiver wire that is totally unlike professional football.

Kick them all out. They’re obviously trying to add pro players.
