There were no confusion time outs. Anyone notice that?

JL had no play clock problems and took sideline signals and got them out with no issues.

Doesn't show on the stat sheet but that was impressive to me.

the worst "confusion" was all Lonergan

(don't get me wrong, he played great most of the night)

Lee had a decent night and did what he had to do, almost had a big interception but luckily he couldn't make the amazing catch.

That's what this team needs a QB who has some success but doesn't turn the ball over.

Also no picks or turnovers (I put the bad snap on the center). It's the old adage, the team that makes the fewest mistakes wins.

Didn't notice at the time, but appreciate thinking about it in retrospect. Hopefully this is another good sign for this year.

I did. And no confusion / misalignment penalties either.

Nope, and not one play where we were running a new package of 6 guys on the field with 8 seconds left on the play clock. Good riddance Gary. Thanks God it wasn't your offense we were running.

Couple of bad snaps are worrisome. But first game so hopefully that doesn't happen again.

I still think Lee struggles with the short throws. They just aren't very crisp or accurate. I wonder if he has trouble seeing the field over the offensive line. We might need to have them do cut blocks on the short drops.
