He ran better than before, but was still awful throwing the ball. Spencer Ware in the Wildcat could have done everything he did today. After throwing a couple of decent passes last week, he threw poorly and/or held on too long or just tucked and ran. Looked today like a better running version of what took us to triple digit passing rankings for 2 years. Should get the same number of snaps relieving JL that JL got relieving him the past 2 years.
If there is any indication that a player is playing harder for one than the other then that player should be benched immediately.

Great move by Les to get jl out of harms way when the game was in hand. Let jj hand the ball to the play makers. He still can't look beyond the first receiver. The team has an entirely different composure when Lee is in.

and this. Both QB's are great collegiate QB's. LSU is lucky to have both. Most teams in the SEC wish they could have as talented QB's as LSU. Only some of our fans are dumb. Not the coaches or the team obviously. I doubt that Miles, Jefferson, and Lee could give a poop what rantards think

I have been plenty critical of JJ, but after watching that game this evening, AhBarn would build his family a church by next weekend if he'd come play QB for them. That was a horrific display trotted (pun intended) out tonight by both the Barn and the Gaytors. And what'd they try, 7 between them?
