Last year those tickets were sold. There was a waiting list to purchase those seats for a decade.
Did the Sun change its path the last year?
My first season tickets I sat proudly in the EUD. I was on a wait list for 6 years to have the ability to get those.

Yes you can sit 20+ people together if you want in the south upper deck.
In EUD you could put 8-10 on same row.
Lower bowl east sideline about 6

It doesn't make financial sense. I can go to every game and buy a ticket in the lower bowl outside the stadium just before I walk in for less than $100 per game on average (even including outrageous prices for Georgia and Alabama). This isn't a new thing. This has been the case forever. Season tickets are a ripoff for those wanting to pay to have all their tickets in hand ahead of time.

Open to the public.
Including close to 50 lower bowl seats.
Only 1 lower bowl seat is by itself.
Where is this line of people ready to snatch those season tickets up that people gave up? These tickets have been available to all for 2 weeks now.
you do realize this problem is not just an LSU problem. Ticket sales are down nation wide. With the excessive fees and costs associated with purchasing, and keeping, season tickets and the fact that now all games are televised, people are simply staying at home. Also add to that, if you don't live locally, you have to take into consideration the costs involved with taking a family to Baton Rouge 7 games a year when you can purchase tickets very easily on the secondary market for the select games you want to attend. Our family has continued to keep ours, but at the same time, I also understand why some are choosing not to purchase tickets. But like I said, this is not just an LSU problem. Honestly, selling all but 275 season tickets available is better than most schools are doing right now.
