It's about time that most of the children on this board grew up. Face it - We were beaten by
a better team last week. LSU will always be in the "discussion" for conference and national
championships. How many people on this board predicted the Tigahs would go 10-2 or 9-3. We
will probably lose at Alabama (though the Tigahs
don't lose in Tuscaloosa)and we will beat Ole Miss in Oxfors which could put us in Atlanta in December. What if we beat Florida in the SEC title game? The sky is not falling on LSU and it never will again, so let's all love and support this group of kids and coaches who are trying to win every game and then at the end of the season everyone can then crow about the changes that all of you experts know need to take place.

I agree but no matter what you say ppl are still worried about the Offensive production this year so far. I think we get it turned around at AU as LM seems genuinely very concerned about the O and has stated a few times changes will be made...

109th in offensive production is completely unacceptable from ANY team in the SEC.

Its not the loss that is worrisome, its the lack of any viable offensive production that has fans concerned....

Its also the lack of apparent player development on the offensive side of the ball despite the ridiculous amount of talent LSU has....

If its coaching and scheme that has led to a resurgence on the defense, what is it on offense?

We are not in the "discussions" at this time.
Alabama and Florida are.

The sky is falling my friend and our coaches are just watching it fall. No OLINE = no run game and no passing game. The end is near my friend.

And it's also about the fact that ticket prices are high, tradition funds are high, and everything is going up including coaches' salaries.

So with everything going up, so should our expectations of how the team plays week to week. I don't know why people just refuse to get this through their thick skull:

IT'S NOT THE FACT THAT LSU LOST, IT'S HOW THEY PLAYED IN WEEK 6 COMPARED TO WEEK 1.

Here's another outlook

We scored as many point as Charleston Southern scored on UF. LSU had 162 total yards and CS had 323. Please don't tell me that we should have not moved the ball more against UF's defense.

BTW their QB threw for over 200 yards on UF. Lat year was his first year getting on the field and he ONLY played in 1 game in which he was 7 for 11 passing. UF was his 2nd start EVER and he looked waaaay better than JJ.

Our offense is in dire need of help! It has been a problem all season but it was just exposed nationally for all to see. Some posters complained but others kept pointing to the fact that we were undefeated.

And Florida and 'Bama deserve to be in the 'discussion", but it's only Mid-October and if we can turn things around LSU will be in the
talk for playing for titles. We played horribly last weekend and only lost by 10 (Their TD pass
on Hawkins was at the very least questionable if not out right interference). We can beat 'Bama and we WILL beat Ole Miss. If we just take care of business at home just imagine what Herbie and the ESPN boys will be saying! Love you guys, but lay off my Tigahs!
